Million dollar view of ocean and Table Mountain from patio.
This property is located perfectly in a resort town. The view of the ocean and Table Mountain is stunning. The beach is literally across the street. Grocery stores are within a 15 minute walk. A mall with other grocery store and shops is a 8 minute uber ride. There are tons of reasonably priced restaurants in the beach town. There are restaurants within a three minute walk. Bottled water in the place is not necessary. A specific unique south african electric prong (not UK or European)with another voltage adapter is necessary which can be bought nearby at a grocery store or at the mall if you have something to be charged or used. This place has every kitchen amenity you could possibly need. Downtown cape town is a $10 to $15 uber ride. It is close and convenient to everything. The bedroom and bathroom are very good. The living room area is very good and spacious. As far as security, there is a 24 hour doorman/security outside and a security person in the lobby. The only caution is like other major african cities, there are rolling blackouts at various times and maybe rare in certain times. Ask any local about downloading an app which will tell when they occur. Bring a flashlight incase. Although, most nearby restaurants operate during a blackout. It is ok to leave the patio doors and bedroom windows open during the day for a constant breeze. A very wonderful, scenic beach vacation place. A wonderful value.
