finishes, this one-bedroom apartment is the epitome of understated
luxury. The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining
area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas oven
and stove and a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience.
The lounge includes a flat-screen TV and a sliding door leading to the
furnished balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the
city and the sea in the distance.

The single bedroom features a queen bed on a gorgeously rustic natural
wood bedstead, accessing the single bathroom fitted with a walk-in
shower. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s rooftop
swimming pool and braai/BBQ facility as they relax or mingle with
friendly locals.
