unforgettable stay. This modern apartment, with its fully furnished
kitchen, cosy open-plan living room with a TV, and everything else you
could possibly need for a self-catering stay, is the ideal place to
unwind after a hard day. To make your stay memorable and comfortable,
the two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized and double bed,
built-in cabinets, towels, and linens, as well as two modern bathrooms.
The first bedroom and living area opens up to a lovely balcony where
you can sip your morning coffee while appreciating the breathtaking
ocean and mountain views.
This lovely apartment will be a pleasure to return to at the end of a
long day, whether you want to remain in or explore the attractions of
Bloubergstrand. You'll find plenty to keep you entertained, from
surfing to enjoying the delicious food spots along the beachfront to
sipping drinks while taking in the infamous, Cape Town sunset.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 17 Coral Road, Table View.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
