Great location and good communication

The water pressure in showers are terrible, so not a good bath experience. Stove was problematic. Communication with House keeper turned out that we did not get 1 day service. The bedding is very tired and needs to be spruced up. It was a very spacious accommodation. The location was amazing, security for building was good. Very good communication with Nox. Very grateful for the added touch of cupcakes, chocolate and champagne for my birthday. That was really thoughtful. Housekeeper is really attentive and keep facility clean. Beautiful views.
