Disliked: Cleanliness
Dirty, unprofessional staff, noisy, expensive. Not worth it.
3 months stay. It was high season and availability to move somewhere else in town was inexistent. They are outrageously expensive and absolutely not worth the value. Unprofessional.
Facilities: I dealt with a broken and never fixed A/C, extremely noisy apt due to lack of soundproofing from the street, staff entered my apartment 3x without warning with an excuse to fix something but there was nothing to fix (once I was in the shower and they didn't leave), you can't lock your door on the inside so no privacy. The wifi was weak, spoty and would disappear for hours. I had to ask maintenance several times. They blamed my computer for the bad wifi reception. Of course they would! Loadshedding: the apt gets super hot and you can't stay in.
Cleanliness: cleaning schedule is not consistent, cleaning is a joke (they don't clean properly) I couldn't walk barefoot on that apt as the floors were always dirty, they left my stove dirty, never cleaned the microwave, or surfaces, bathroom, floors always dirty with dust and hair right after they "serviced" the room, they never cleaned the floors when asked for better cleaning I'd get an attitude from staff, inconsistent towel change and bedding changing. I had to ask at front desk for everything as there is no communication from the room: for soap, for towels, for better cleaning, for kitchen appliances.The room smells like sewage. Disgusting!
Pool: small, no privacy, outsiders use the facilities. Restaurant staff was kind.
