The apartment was in good condition and ideally located for the waterfront. What the owner does not make clear is it is on a busy road with a lot of noise. As the property does not have aircon (only fans) you need to keep the doors open all the time. The laundry option is not in the apartment but in a shared room by the car park. We had trouble making the washer work,
