Great location,awesome host. Maintenance needed.

The host was great and communicated regularly for check ups as well, which we appreciated. Being a self catering place, the utensils are quite limited and trying to cook a meal was extremely difficult. I had to end up buying a strainer and knives as the ones provided were extremely blunt. The unit also has quite alot of cockroaches...which i hated. Pest control is long over due. The shower looks amazing, however the shower head is literally smaller than my palm and i had to dance around just to wet my body. As someone who showers twice daily .....i didnt enjoy my showers at all. Overall the place is good and well situated being close all major areas,but just needs pest control and some minor changes to accommodate vacationers.

Os pontos positivos: a localização é excelente, a rua é tranquila, a comunicação é muito boaml. Como fiquei 1 semana, mandou uma pessoa que fez a limpeza um dia e a limpeza foi bem feita. Tinham muitas traças e baratinhas (não sei se é do apartamento ou da região) durante todos os dias eu vi várias no apartamento.cama confortável. Senti falta de não ter ao menos uma garrafa de água quando chegamos e não ter torradeira. Não tem garagem mas parei o carro na rua,bem em frente ao prédio e não tive problemas
