West facing apartment with stunning views of Llandudno beach and Atlantic Ocean. Recently refurbished, generously sized one bedroomed flat with full bathroom. Guests have the use of one garage and recently renovated swimming pool at a level below the apartment. Own entrance and separate alarm. Uncapped wifi and full DSTV included. Extensive solar installation so alarm, lights, wifi, garage door always functional. Laundry can be done by arrangement. Cleaning at once per week is included in rate.

The apartment has outstanding views and is situated on a large treed garden with many birds and makes for a tranquil space. The apartment is very well sheltered from the south easter

Access to the apartment is via a set of stairs from the road level. Guests are able to enjoy the patio directly in front of the apartment as well as the pool and garden area.
Other things to note
There are steps from the road leading to the apartment. However this elevation is what gives the apartment superb views.
There is a small friendly schnauzer type dog on the premises as well as a ginger cat.
