abundance of natural light into the room, featuring pops of colour. The
fully equipped kitchen, with seating for two, caters for all your
culinary needs and includes a gas stove and washing machine for your
convenience. Kick up your feet, take advantage of the comfy couch and
enjoy the streaming features on the flat screen TV in the well
appointed lounge area which is adjacent to an intimate dining table
comfortably seating four people where you can sit and enjoy your
favourite meals. The living area leads out onto a gorgeous balcony with
outdoor furniture, braai facilities and beautiful views.

A stunning spiral staircase leads you to a serene and tranquil loft
bedroom offering a king size bed, a ceiling fan, air-conditioning,
sufficient cupboard space as well as a desk and chair. Additional
features include internet access, secure parking, concierge services,
linen and towels provided with your stay.

The City Centre is full of popular restaurants, cafes, boutique stores,
art galleries and museums. The iconic Table Mountain, Two Oceans
Aquarium, the V&A Waterfront and the magnificent beaches of Camps Bay
and Clifton are all within about 10minutes from your location along
with several other nearby attractions for you to choose from. You will
not be disappointed or have a lack of activities during your stay.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
