General:Great view of water and street life from large wraparound deck!In need of TLC throughout the inside and balcony areaMany of the soft furnishings are stainedOnly a/c cooling in 1 bedroom availablePlates and cups need a revamp, seems like left overs have been providedProvided Cleaning equipment broken, suggest investing in betterSome of kitchen equipment not required, suggest re-visitSpecific :Had to get maintenance out to replace 2 door locks to balcony that were brokenUSB small light not charged, nor cable available to recharge itMain entrance door dead bolt does not workKitchen pots and pans badly stained/ burned/damaged/rusty and need replacingDining table chairs are all marked/worn where they have been pushed against the table topShower door bottom plastic found lying under bathroom vanityBathroom vanity is away from wall, caulking brokenBalcony has 2 commercial stands in cases left from previous guest2 vacuum cleaners found in one closet, mainly noise makers when usedEmpty Vacuum cleaner cardboard box found in other closetBalcony furniture needs sanding/ re-oiling2 large cushions in balcony need removing/ dirtyBalcony glass table missing glass topToaster right side slots do not work same as left sideBalcony hanging egg cushions badly stainedDead plant in large pot on balconyBathroom sink has cigarette burns on itLounge circular table is broken
