Enjoy luxury and privacy in this dream getaway that is less than 1 minute to the beach! This freshly renovated statement home in Cape Woolamai has it all: impeccable style, modern upgrades, spacious rooms, lush landscaping, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. Featuring 4 bedrooms & 2 baths, the home is designed for both work and play with fully equipped spaces for remote working, open social areas for gathering, and Woolamai Surf Beach just a 300-meter walk from the property.
The Space:
The residence’s exquisite interior has been professionally styled across two levels of living space and features an open main social area accented by an enormous TV, separate private bedrooms, large windows throughout, multiple workstations for remote commuting or studies, and specially curated furnishings in every room.
All 4 incredibly comfortable bedrooms are downstairs and soothe the senses with luxuriously soft linens and plenty of natural light. The master is a true escape with a king bed, huge walk-in robe, workstation, and stunning ensuite bath with glass shower cabin and private outdoor entrance. Bedroom 2 has a BIR and 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and BIR, and both rooms open onto a very secluded floating balcony. Bedroom 4 has a king single bed pull out bed underneath with BIR, and these bedrooms share a gorgeous bathroom with soaker tub and glass shower cabin.
Upstairs showcases the main social area. Connected open spaces, the kitchen, dining area, and living room join to form a great room with access to the outdoors, perfect for entertaining or gathering with family and friends.
Even the most seasoned cooks will feel completely at home in the remodeled kitchen where top of the line appliances – including an induction cookstove and double door fridge freezer - sparkling countertops, and rich wood floors pay homage to both style and function.
The dining area with seating for 8 is ideal for both formal and casual meals, and the living room has plenty of stylish, yet cozy seating for all to view the impressive Smart TV. A second workstation completes the indoor space, and the entire room opens onto a tranquil balcony with an intimate seating area and tree-top views of the lush tropical grounds that surround the home.

Must see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the house through a lockbox, with a code sent out two days prior to check-in.
Other Things to Note:
The property can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the street; blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is prohibited.
While we understand that pets are family members too, they are not allowed at this home. No exceptions will be made, and this is a zero-tolerance pet policy. We kindly thank you for your understanding.
