Seashell Oasis @ CapE Woolamai is an ideal beach holiday home, located in Cape Woolamai; a short walk to the beach (approximately 200 metres) and within walking distance to the local eateries, shops, Wooli Tavern and The Colonnades, and only a short drive to both the patrolled surf beach, making it ideal for beach lovers. A perfect location
This Cape Woolamai beach house is set in a private garden is ideally located between a surf beach and swimming beach. Ideal for couples or a small family.
This property is perfect for your next beach stay at Phillip Island.


There is a key safe on the front balacony. The key code is sent via sms to the guest on the morning of check in date.

This is a private home in a quiet residentila area. There is to be no noise or parties.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own, or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager know and this is invoiced separately for payment.

BOND: There is a $400 bond and this is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

FIREWOOD: Firewood is not supplied.Youn to bring your own.

- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.

Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

In the kitchen on benches it was infested with ants, the floors had a bad odour smelt like dog urine, the bedroom with the bunk beds very claustrophobic, and very uncomfortable to sleep in unfortunately , it wasn't a pleasant stay, my daughter spent most of her time cleaning.

Lovely beach house with lush, bird-filled garden. Great location in sleepy Cape Woolamai, 10 min walk to the shops, pub, cafes; close to the dog friendly beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots, pans and crockery. Would absolutely book again, only downside was no wifi.
