The Space:
Located just a short 400-metre walk to the beach in one of the most desirable areas on Phillip Island, this inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been artfully designed to provide the ultimate indoor/outdoor holiday experience for travelers. Every room in the residence takes advantage of the beautiful outdoors with patios and decks surrounding the home on both levels, and guests will enjoy the property’s unique collection of interior and exterior art.

Step into the main social space on the first floor where a designer kitchen, elegant dining table and inviting living room with smart TV are ideally arranged to gather for meals, conversation, and relaxing down time. The delightful space flows seamlessly to a covered patio that is an extension of the home with comfortable furnishings and even space for 4-legged friends!

Also on this level are 2 private bedrooms, one with direct access to a secluded deck where enjoying morning coffee is a must. Both rooms offer a peaceful place to retreat with plush linens and tree-top views of the surrounding grounds. These rooms have access to a full bath with a separate soaker tub and glass shower cabin. The bed setup is one Queen and one Double.

Downstairs provides a great space for children or friends traveling together in a bright and airy bedroom with twin beds that has walk-out access to the yard. A full bathroom is down here, too, with a convenient washer and dryer included – a perfect place to clean up after a day at the beach.

Looking to serve an outdoor meal or need a spot for quiet solitude? No worries! There is a full dining table with 8 chairs on the ground-level covered patio, and yet another patio tucked away on the side of the home sheltered by lovely shade trees making for an enchanting area to enjoy a good book or even a well-deserved nap.

In addition to the home’s wonderful features and easy beach access, the property is a short drive from all the renowned parks, family-friendly experiences, and penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must-see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.
