The property has retained all the charm of the grand bourgeois homes of the 18th and 19th centuries, featuring original cement tiles, ornate moldings, wood paneling, high ceilings, and generous proportions arranged around a spacious central hallway.



The house includes 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, several reception and living areas, and a large fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings or holidays with friends.



Outside, the fully enclosed and private garden provides a true haven of peace. Guests can enjoy a private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, several relaxation areas, and a large covered outdoor dining space, perfect for long summer evenings.
