Apartment of 32 m2, in a quiet and pleasant residence 20 meters from the Canal du Midi, the river port and the Tourist Office.

Located in "Capestang", a charming little village of Languedoc Herault at noon path between Beziers and Narbonne (15mns by car), 30 minutes from the beaches of Valréas and Friday, 1 hour from la Salvetat in the Tarn.
Village with all shops: Bars, restaurants, bakeries, pastry, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy, supermarkets, cash dispenser, gas station.

Housing includes:
LIVING ROOM: with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, table and 4 chairs.
KITCHEN: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toasted bread, complete crockery, various kitchen utensils, household products at your disposal, dishcloth.

A lovely little well-appointed apartment, with everything 2 people need. Good bed. Lovely terrace with awning. Close to bakery, and - Canal du Midi. We spent almost a month here. Nelly was very responsive and responded quickly. Capestang is a lovely town, with everything within walking distance.

Je ne mets que 3 car, si le séjour est spacieux et la cuisine bien équipée, la chambre est ridiculement étroite: 20 cm d'un côté du lit et 5cm entre le lit et le rideau supposé être occultant de l'autre côté!Chambre qui n'en mérite pas le nom: espace récupéré sur la terrasse, pas de volet mais une grande baie vitrée impossible à ouvrir à cause de l'odeur et du vrombissement continu venant du restaurant, même la nuit!
