Escape to this pretty cottage in picturesque Capitola. The home features two lovely bedrooms, the first having a king size bed with en-suite full bathroom and the second 2 full sized beds. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom as well as in the living room. The one full and one half bathroom include dr toiletries, fluffy white towels as well as beach towels, hairdryers, and more.
There is a spacious, high ceiling living room which offers a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for extra guests. Guests have access to a an outdoor patio area with BBQ and picnic table. I provide fresh flowers, a bottle of local wine, complimentary welcome snacks, coffee and sparkling waters for each booking.

The cottage has an attached parking garage which fits up to a midsized SUV. We also have a carport for larger vehicles, which is available on a first come first serve basis. Message me if you need it at the time of booking.

We are pet friendly for one small dog (40ish lbs).

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this beautiful retreat provides a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. We hope you enjoy what our place and Capitola has to offer.

Wonderful cottage just steps from the beach! Super clean with all the amenities you might expect from a topnotch hotel, but with the comfort and coziness of a home. Host was extremely responsive to any question or concerns. Thanks Claire!Would definitely book again if we return to Capitola!!

Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was spotty (this is not the home issue it was like this everywhere i went in downtown Capitola). Just wanted to note that in case people are looking to work from Capitola. Check out was so easy - we had the choice to clean up or leave all as is when we left. Claire was so great to work with i wanted to make sure we left the place as clean as possible. I will definitely book this place again. Oh I also brought my small dog and he enjoyed laying on the cool hardwood floor! Love this place!!
