Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.Appartamento nuovissimo, finiture eccellenti, arredamento molto curato ed estremamente gradevole, accogliente e funzionale. Molto comoda la lavanderia arredata e corredata alla perfezione, un ampio ripostiglio esterno per l'attrezzatura da spiaggia messa a disposizione degli ospiti (ombrellone e 2 sdraiette). La cucina è spaziosa e ampiamente corredata da stoviglie ed elettrodomestici di ogni tipo che rendono il soggiorno fantastico.Bagno molto spazioso, doccia molto grande, comodissima.Completa il meraviglioso appartamento un ampio terrazzo con accesso sia dal soggiorno che dalla stanza matrimoniale, anche il terrazzo è arredato con gusto e corredato con tavolo, sedie, sdraio con cuscini molto comodi e accoglienti, candele per ambientazione molto gradevole al tramonto e per trascorrere in serenità cena e dopo-cena. Dotato di tende da sole con automazione anti-vento e anti-sole. Nel terrazzo c'è anche un punto acqua, fondamentale per togliersi la sabbia al rientro dal mare e per la pulizia dei giochi da spiaggia dei bambini. C'è anche una potente cassa audio JBL bluetooth, piacevolissima sorpresa per godersi i propri sottofondi musicali preferiti.L'appartamento è al piano rialzato (6-7 gradini dal marciapiede, chiuso da un cancelletto) di un palazzo totalmente ristrutturato, molto comodo per chi ha bambini e non deve dipendere da ascensore o scale.La spiaggia è praticamente fuori dalla porta d'ingresso.In una parola: PERFETTO!
