Ottima posizione nel centro di Capoliveri, fuori dalla zona ZTL. Parcheggio privato dentro al cancello automatico. Appartamento pulito, finiture moderne, funzionale. Molto bella la terrazza che può ospitare un tavolo. Letti comodi. Stendipanni disponibile e molto utile. Aria condizionata disponibile in camera da letto ben funzionante; in soggiorno presente ventilatore a soffitto. Host disponibile e reattivo.
