Surrounded by greenery, Villetta Lampone is a detached villa perfect for relaxing holidays with your loved ones. The fully fenced property features a private entrance, a spacious porch ideal for outdoor meals or evening drinks with friends, and a large shaded garden of 700 m². The house is modernly furnished and equipped with all the comforts you need: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher.



The property includes a bedroom with a double bed (with space for suitcases underneath) and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob. Outside, you'll find a hot/cold shower—perfect after a day at the beach—as well as sun loungers and deck chairs for relaxing. Within a 3-minute walk, you can reach two restaurants and a supermarket, while other restaurants and cafés are about 10 minutes away. In 10-15 minutes on foot, along country paths and olive trees, you’ll arrive at the golden Lacona beach.
