The apartment is located in a recently renovated villa in 2016 is furnished with quality finishes and prestigious furniture fully reflects the love the attention to detail and the passion of those who thought him and furnished .Perfetto for a couple or for a family of three people pccola offers a kitchen with 4 ring stove freezer oven + a bathroom with shower and a living room with sofa bed (which can also be left open) in memory with mattress height 18 cm to provide a comfortable resting at a higher traditional mattress. The environment is very bright and airy and cool thanks to the forest of tall trees typical of holm oak maquis around the villa which has 1000 mt2 garden with porch which is fitted to the apartment that has tables and chairs garden and sun loungers as well as barbecue, outdoor wood oven and a second outdoor shower.

Vacanza bellissima.Location esattamente come da descrizione, monolocale semplice con bagno e piccolo patio attrezzato, fondamentale se si mangia lì. Ottimi rapporto e comunicazione coi gestori, sempre presenti e disponibili anche per suggerimenti su località da visitare o qualsiasi altra necessità.L'accesso alla spiaggia davvero impagabile, sotto ogni aspetto, soprattutto visto anche lo spettacolo della natura che ti si presenta una volta arrivati alla spiaggia stessa.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Isola d’Elba davvero bellissima, non ci eravamo mai stati ed ha superato le nostre aspettative. Appartamento molto carino in un contesto nel verde perfetto avendo anche una cane che ha potuto stare libero nel parco. In parcheggio riservato vicino alla spiaggia e le attrezzature a disposizione davvero comode! Luca, Francesco e Tamara sono delle persone meravigliose e molto disponibili, ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Ich habe es sehr genossen bei Luca in der FeWo zu sein. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal auf Elba und kann es jeden*m wärmstens empfehlen. Es verlief alles reibungslos. Ich hatte eine kleine Panne auf der Autobahn in Italien und Luca hat mir bei der Kommunikation mit dem Abschlepper geholfen. Alles in allem war alles in bester Ordnung. Wir kommen wieder :)

Perfetto per una settimana

Monolocali molto curati, puliti e funzionali, ideali per soggiorni brevi all'Elba, accesso con parcheggio alla spiaggia di straccoligno veramente una chicca e comodissimo. Proprietari davvero gentili e professionali, ci hanno dato tantissime indicazioni su posti da vedere, locali ed altro.. Consigliamo di mettere le zanzariere almeno sugli scuri perchè gli appartamenti sono abbastanza caldi e di notte tenendo aperto le zanzare banchettano rovinando il riposo. Grazie per tutto ci siamo trovati bene.

UN ANGOLO DI PARADISO

..che dire di quest'appartamento?? Magnifico, esattamente come descritto sull'annuncio..anzi ancora più bello. E che dire della posizione?? Immerso nel verde, a due passi dal mare....tranquillità, pace..tutto quello che cercavo!! Ma il valore aggiunto sono i prorpietari, Tamara, Francesco, Luca e Simona....una famiglia speciale che si prodiga per farti trascorrere le tue vacanze nel migliore dei modi!!! Sono stati affettuosissimi, disponibilissimi, ci hanno messo a disposizione, oltre al parcheggio privato in riva la mare, anche lettini, sdraio, ombrelloni, canoa, sup....e tutte le informazioni relative all'Elba!! Alla fine si sta talmente bene con loro nella magnifica spiaggia di Straccoligno che non hai neppure tutta questa voglia di girare l'isola..anche se ne vale la pena in quanto è magnifica, tutta da scoprire, assaporare!!!

Nous avons été super bien accueilli. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. La maison est super jolie et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal en voiture et très bien situé entre la ville et la place. Je recommande !!

NOI CI SIAMO SENTITI A CASA NOSTRA E COCCOLATI DA VERI AMICI. NON VOLEVAMO PIU' TORNARE A CASA!!!!! Bella vacanza!

Appartamento bello, posizione comoda per chi ama Capoliveri (10 min in macchina). Tutto é raggiungibile solo con l'auto, spiaggia compresa(anche se per i clienti é riservato un passaggio privilegiato).I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Unico aspetto negativo l'invasione delle formiche in tutta la casa, cassetti compresi,davvero troppe ed ingestibili. A parte questo il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.
