Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
The villa consists of a central body and a depandance. The central part is situated on the ground floor and has a spacious living room well furnished with armchairs, comfortable sofas and a TV area, surrounded by large windows. These windows give access to a panoramic terrace to enjoy a Breath-taking view. The villa also has a kitchen, three bedrooms (one double and two with two single beds) each with its own bathroom available.
In the external part of the villa there is the barbecue, shower (cold only), large terrace furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, gazebo, private parking spaces, laundry room.

The depandance consists of four bedrooms (two of which are double and two with two single beds) each with its own bathroom with shower and private facilities..

- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
