Three-room vacation house with southwest exposure, overlooking the Stecchi beach, a small and characteristic cove with crystal clear sea, from which it is only 50 meters away. The access to the property is by a private road, used only for the surrounding apartments. The apartment consists of only one floor and has a usable area of approx. 60 sq m. The center of the town of Capoliveri, which offers all the main services, is about 2 km away.

Covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, from which there is a wonderful sea view of the Stecchi beach.
