The beach of Naregno is only 300 meters away: a sandy beach with transparent waters and a gently sloping seabed, with bathing establishments, water sports equipment, bars and restaurants, which allow you to spend a day at the beach without straying too far from the comforts. The city center is only 3 km away and the area is well connected by a shuttle service.

- pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 on cleaning
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
