The house is located in Ripitino, an ideal position for those who want to relax in the silence of nature, enjoying a magnificent view of the sea during the day - with breathtaking sunrises - and an extraordinarily clear night sky, perfect for astronomical observation thanks to the almost total absence of light pollution. Despite the secluded atmosphere, the center of Capoliveri is only 1.2 km away, while the beach of Naregno is about 1.3 km away.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in and key collection are done in our offices in Portoferraio. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on the opening periods.
