In all, it accommodates a maximum of 18 people who, thanks to the type of structural subdivision, can spend both shared moments and in total privacy.

A staircase leads from the Villa to the three Dependances below and the private access to the sea.

The Dependances are 3 mini-apartments with sea view below the main body of the Villa. The independence from the main Cottage allows you to be free both to share moments with friends, relatives or colleagues and to enjoy moments in total privacy.
