The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and a cozy double bedroom. The veranda with openable and closable shutters allows for practically outdoor dining or can be closed for more privacy. Additionally, the villa offers a terrace, an outdoor space in front of the entrance, and a parking spot, all just 700 meters from the beautiful Lido di Capoliveri beach.
