The terrace is private, furnished with all the comforts, overlooking the marina, and enjoys the view of Vesuvius, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast.

You can sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or dine by candlelight.

Double independent entrance.

A few steps away the famous Funicular that in six minutes leads to "Piazzetta": the "Salotto di Capri" with its exclusive shopping.

This unit is part of an old restored Napoleonic Guardhouse Fort.

Discreet luxury, strategic location, excellent accessibility, independence, great charm, a breathtaking view with a terrace right on the sea overlooking the Marina Grande of Capri.

To make the holiday more comfortable, a local housekeeper will give service to the house an hour every day and you can give you your time preference at the booking moment.

Guests are offered a "welcome luxury courtesy kit by Carthusia", famous Capri brand from the Certosa.

A gardener will take care of the outdoor space.

It is said that the cleanest sea in Capri is in “Marina Grande”, and it is here, one step away from the house that there are the beaches most loved by roman emperors like “Bagni di Tiberio” or “Lo Smeraldo”.

As an alternative to “Marina Grande” you can take the "Gozzo", the typical caprese boat, where you can spend an unforgettable day visiting the famous caves all around.
The Blue Grotto is the most popular cave, but many amazing other you will enjoy to discover.

The son of the housekeeper, Capitain Luca, has a very nice “Gozzo”.

The area of the port in “Marina Grande” is very lively during the day and in the evening becames quiet and full of suggestion with its typical little bars and restaurants “pieds dans l’eau”.

A minute walking distance from the house you find all you need: a minimarket, a gourmet and delicatessen, ice cream shops and irresistible bakeries and byke and scooters rentals.


Capri can be experienced in many ways, offers extraordinary opportunities; for those who love walking there are magnificent routes, more or less demanding, for those interested in visiting archaeological hightlites and artistic sites, there are plenty proposals: Villa Iovis (Emperor Tiberius), Villa Fersen, La Certosa di San Giacomo, Villa San Michele (Axel Aunthe), the beautiful churches of Santo Stefano and Santa Sofia and much more.

Perfect Villa in Marina Grande

Villa Vesuvius was the perfect villa for our stay in Capri. The location is great for tons of adventure be it the Marina, the venicular to Capri or a taxi anywhere. Plus the views in the mornings and nights were great Anna did a great job with cleaning and her son Lucca was the best for boat rentals or options around the island. I can’t say enough about this property if I tried. the pictures do not do it enough justice!!!! the location was incredible so easy to get everywhere and so easily accessible to travel to beach clubs and other cities being by marina but off a quiet street that you have complete privacy. Every am we would walk to port in under one minute grab coffee, taxis to town! The views were so incredible, just loved having my morning coffee outside and late night wine!!! will 1000000% stay here on my next and every trip after to capri!!!!!

Villa Vesuvio is Perfect

Our family really enjoyed staying at Villa Vesuvio. Great location with fantastic views, clean and well supplied. The owner is amazing and extremely responsive. Anna kept the villa in great shape. We highly recommend Villa Vesuvio! Make sure you also check out BlueCapri Boats (Anna’s son Luca runs it). Great way to see the island.

It was just as advertised. It was a great location and easy access to all of Capri. You could catch a ferry, a taxi, the funicular all from the Marina. We also loved our boat ride with Anna’s son’s company.

Fantastic Villa!

What a great place to stay! The location is ideal - located near the ferry and the shops and restaurants of Marina Grande. The view is spectacular and the private patio is a great place to relax and enjoy it. We had a few travel hiccups on our trip but Anna and Amelia were so accommodating and helpful in making sure we got settled in. Both Anna and Amelia were responsive whenever we needed to get in touch with them. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent a week in Capri. Anna was the best. The location, everything, wonderful. Make sure to rent a boat ride from Luca. All was amazing. We would stay here again. No problems of any sort.
