Stay in after a long day at the beach and create something special or reheat dinner from one of the Island's best restaurants. The living room is bright and beautiful and offers comfortable relaxation while you enjoy the large flat-screen TV, which includes wifi and cable services to keep up with all of your favorite shows. Open the sliders to let the tropical breeze in while you enjoy your morning coffee and or dinner at the dining table with seating for four total. Or choose to enjoy those things outside on the waterfront lanai, where you can relax and enjoy the calming waters and view the abundance of wildlife. The master bedroom ensuite features a large, comfortable king bed and a smart TV capable of streaming all of your favorite TV shows.

While you won’t have access to resort amenities, this villa comes with plenty of its own perks! Your property condo amenities include a large heated pool, high-speed Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, community washer/dryers (coin operated), beach chairs and towels,s and—of course—the beach is a short walk away. It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf Cart rentals are close by but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of the resort.

Spend your vacation days swimming and sunning on our pristine beaches. Search for Captiva Island's rare shells or hang back and enjoy the large heated pool and hot tub. Spend your time walking to shops and restaurants, listening to live music, and enjoying the local art galleries. Grill today's catch on one of the two large BBQ grills provided.
