New Adventure

This is the first time our family has stayed at this property. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Property management was awesome as there was an issue with the washing machine and air conditioner for the upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking meals. Loved hanging out on front porch and pool side. Beach just across street and family enjoyed flying kites beach side. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great house for a family gathering

Great house for a family gathering. Beautiful sunset views. Pool was very nice, but we did wish there was a bathroom downstairs. Easy walk across the street to the beach and there were lots of beach toys for the kids. We had a very nice week.

Very nice house

We had a very nice stay at Aloha Baby with a mixture of adults and children. We found the house to match the description on the website. Property management company was extremely responsive to any requests or questions. We rented the golf cart which was also very convenient and fun for morning trips for coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Aloha Baby is perfect getaway for an extended family vacation

Aloha Baby exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with fabulous views of the Gulf and a short distance from restaurants. We rented the golf cart that came with the house, which we enjoyed. Our group included grandparents, adults, teens, and older children. Everyone loved it. We had plenty to do between the beach, the pool, the ping pong table, the movie room, and the pool table. Our kids walked to the ice cream store. We Knew within the first day that we want to return. Our favorite activities were hanging out on the two balconies. We have already reserved it again for next year. Reserve Aloha Baby -- you will not be disappointed.

Great place, steps from beach a minute from town

Everything is as it appears. Golf cart made trips into downtown quick. Put boat at Marina down the street, couldn't have been more convenient. Pool very nice. Elevator came in handy.

Great location from the beach!

This property was just 1 minute from the beach. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The bunk room was a perfect room for my boys and their cousins. We were able to walk everywhere. Another successful trip in the books!

Great family getaway

Awesome sunsets over the gulf

The place was amazing, pool was great, swimming in the gulf was exceptional, theater room was over the top. We loved it. 7 of us women friends from all over the States came together for our 27th annual gathering. We spent a lot of cash but it was well worth it.

Perfect Location

Communication was excellent! Location is excellent! Home is great but could use some updating. Pool was used daily but could use a good cleaning. Pool company came as we were leaving; all he did was add chemicals and left. We had a great family vacation!

Beautiful property

This home is wonderful. All of the furnishings and decor are high end and lovely. The house is well appointed, roomy and was exceedingly clean. There were only five of us in the house but even with a full house, you would have plenty of space. We enjoyed the theater room, pool table and outdoor space. Being close to the beach was wonderful and I could live in the master suite forever. The pictures are completely accurate and the “ extras” made the vacation easy….great beach chairs, beach wagon, pool floats, beach towels were all in great condition. We had access to the golf cart which was a fun experience. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Kingfisher. From the time we booked till checkout time. Especially impressed with their response time when we requested help securing outdoor furniture with the approach of tropical storm/hurricane Elsa! Would definitely rent through them again. Just amazing

Steps from the beach, tons of room, and plenty of restaurants - what else could you need. Property manager was extremely attentive and was helpful if anything came up. Very impressive from what I have experienced in the past. Can’t wait for next year!!
