The Space:

This spectacular gulf beach villas residence boasts fantastic amenities and an expansive patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! From the comfortable and well appointed furniture to the comfy king bed with posturepedic mattress, guests will fall in love with this cozy gulf front retreat! Guests will have access to a King bed in the primary bedroom, a pull out queen sleeper sofa and a pull out twin sleeper chair in the living room, and a bathroom located in the hallway between the living room and bedroom, featuring a single vanity and walk in shower. High quality, all cotton, bedding will be laundered prior to your stay and professionally maintained by our in house linen service.



In terms of location, this residence is located in the Gulf Beach Villas community. Benefitting guests by virtue of featuring a less populated swimming pool, parking lot, beach access, grill area, and tennis court. This community is located adjacent to the Beach Villas community. Many guests find the Gulf Beach Villas community to not only be more tranquil due to its smaller scale, but also more appealing as a result of its closer proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, where it derives its namesake from.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Gulf Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. **Please note that starting January 5th, the pool will be closed for resurfacing. The renovation is anticipated to last about one month. Guests may use the pool pertaining to the adjacent community during the resurfacing project.**



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Gulf Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in, the contents of which will be sent by e-mail and booking channel, if applicable, immediately following confirmation of your reservation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
