EXCELENTE

O lugar é excelente, muito limpo e arrumado. Tinha tudo que precisamos para nossa estadia. O senhor Jacó é muito gente boa e nos atendeu de forma excelente. Para melhor a estadia, só precisava constar no e-mail de informação que a chave ficava com o senhor Jacó (que mora em frente ao imóvel), mas tirando isso, nada a reclamar. Foi excelente a experiência. Recomendo.

A casa é muito agradável, limpa e bem localizada. Todas as tomadas 220v, mas o anfitrião nos forneceu um transformador para utilização de aparelhos 110v. Não é fornecido roupas de cama e toalhas. Cozinha é bem equipada com microondas, forno e fogão cooktop. Há uma geladeira espaçosa também. A internet é de boa qualidade e com boa velocidade podendo-se trabalhar sem problemas de dentro da casa. Fácil acesso a mercados, próxima ao centro. Tivemos uma estadia bem tranquila e agradável. Ao final de semana fomos a Ubatuba, que fica bem próximo, menos de 1 hora de carro. Recomendo a estadia e com certeza voltaremos!

Um lugar para família. Um lugar de descanso.

Foi ótima, fomos muito bem atendidos desde a reserva, fomos conhecer a casa com antecedência já ficamos apaixonados. Casa ampla com 2 banheiros, varanda e todos os itens domésticos para um estadia tranquila. Levamos um bebê e ele ficou muito bem na casa. O Seu Jacó é um anfitrião maravilhoso. Nossa família só tem a agradecer. Algo que me chamou a atenção é que a casa do seu Jacó não tem cheiro de mofo, nem nos colchões, travesseiros, banheiros. Isso é muito cuidado. Só gratidão.

Grandes elogios!

Ao chegarmos, a limpeza, organização e o tour atencioso do Jacó nos chamou muita atenção. Ele nos deu dicas dos pontos turísticos e nos deixou super à vontade! O valor da estadia é compatível e justo. A casa é realmente como consta no anúncio, uma piscina no jardim, ou a troca do colchão de casal (do quarto que não é suíte), levantaria ainda mais a qualidade da casa. Gostamos bastante e com certeza retornaremos !
