Large 330 m2 house with 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
This large Villa has been furnished to offer a warm and friendly space.
The large Kitchen / Living / Living room is large, facing south and west for evening light. You will also find 2 furnished terraces.
A fully glazed airlock makes the link between the living space and the swimming pool.
* 4 Bedrooms: all with private bathrooms, including 2 totally disabled.
* A Games Room has been set up above the ¨Swimming pool, which gives it a superb
view of the Roscoff Sea ..
* An indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi
* A large lounge / relaxation is in this room, as well as billiards and table football .. enough to have a good time with family or friends.
