The night clerk was pleasant and dealt with the situation as best as she could. We walked into lobby, smelt faintly of Marijuana. Went upstairs to our room and the hall was a heavier smell. Walked in the room and it reeked of Marijuana. Went downstairs and the night clerk moved us to the other end of the hotel. The room was fair. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Knobs coming off of cabinet in bar area. Cabinet leading to fridge was dirty. Beds were very comfy and area around felt safe. Several restaurants in the block. Breakfast was scarce of protein but had more options than most places in this price range.

The bed was comfortable, but the chairs had layers of dust and noticeable stains on the cushions. The carpet looked new. The bathroom appeared newly refreshed but there was calk/grout all over the floor. I think details should not be overlooked and rooms need a good detailing on a routine basis. Also, the clock had not been turned back so the room may have not been occupied for at least a month
