Continues to routinely have cold coffee, or empty thermoses…at 0715 in AM! And no one around to attend to keeping it full for guests. Breakfast choice never changes, and, again, is routinely not refilled for guests every AM.

I stayed M-F. It was good until Thursday evening. At some point between Wed and Thursday, someone had been in my room and left clothes that are DEFINITELY NOT MINE in my bathroom. Super weird. Glad to leave on Friday.

I have been staying at BW Marion on and off for several years. Every year, the property maintenance goes down hill. I’m not picky but the pool was in bad shape including cloudy, unfiltered and stuff floating around and the ladder is broken. My bathroom door backseat was in backwards… check out 106. I don’t know who is doing the maintenance but, if you are trying to save money on maintenance, it shows. My grandkids like it there and love the breakfast. The rooms are pretty good but I can tell you are losing business. Dirty pools with broken ladders and other little things start to add up and customers go other places. There used to be families staying at the hotel over Labor Day … everyone would be at the pool with kids… this year there were 2 families.
