Well-appointed kitchen full of pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, and plenty of dishes and glasses. Situated on almost 7 acres, with a large flat back yard off the patio, you have views of the entire Roaring Fork Valley and the wide Mountain Range. Only 5 minutes to Highway 82, Whole Foods and City Market groceries, the local movie theatre etc... and less than 30 minutes to the ski slopes. Every room in this house is beautiful- with contemporary finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen, and big windows filled with Mt Sopris vistas. Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, two sinks and accesses the upstaris deck. On that same hall, there is a sunny corner bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower bath and access to the upstairs deck. On the other side of the house, in the rec room wing, there is a queen bedroom and also a bunk bedroom with 2 double beds. Comfortable beds in each bedroom- appointed with fresh cotton sheets, comforters with cotton duvet covers, new pillows and fluffy mattress toppers. Linens, towels, guest toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided for guests. The home is stocked with board games and many "vacation reads" are piled throughout the home for you to enjoy. 2 car garage for guest use. Wifi internet and 2 tvs that are ready for streaming. IN THE WINTER, A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE is needed- the driveway is plowed when it snows, but it has some incline on it.
