Welcome to our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio, nestled right on the beautiful Crystal River and just a short walk from everything Redstone has to offer. This cozy 300 sq ft ground-level unit features sliding glass doors that open directly onto the riverside—just 20 feet away—offering a seamless connection to nature along with the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty.

Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, microwave, built-in dual-burner induction cooktop, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker—with complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar to start your mornings off right. For your convenience, on-site laundry facilities are also available.

Guests have full access to the scenic riverside and a shared patio area just steps away. The patio is outfitted with a propane fireplace, charcoal grill, and plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Approximately 100 feet away is Redstone Park, home to seasonal music festivals, community gatherings, and events. The general store, spa, art center, shops, and a variety of outdoor activities—including horseback riding, paddle boarding, fly fishing, and hiking—are all within easy walking distance. Whether you're into fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh or carriage rides, paddle boarding, ATVing, biking, or jeeping, you'll love the location and endless outdoor opportunities nearby.

Nice little spot for a quiet stay

Overall it was ok. There is a strong light outside and a screen on the door that allows light to pass through at night that we had to cover so we can sleep. Also, the internet was off must of our stay which was ok for us, but in case of emergency may had been an issue. Overall a good stay.

Weekend Getaway

They Condo was like a hotel room with other units above and on both sides. There was tranfer of noise from the other units most of the night. The unit was very clean. However the heat never got above 60 deg. even with the T stat set to 70. Most of the time the the temperature was in the 50's during the night. There was virtually no hot water for showering. Had to take cold showers both days. The induction cooktop did not work at all. Was not able to cook any planned meals meals.

Loved the attention to environmental and energy consciousness! Great views out the large window. Incredibly comfortable bed. Loved the ability to turn the heat down for sleeping. Modern kitchenette and lots of appliances. It really was just so perfect and quiet.

Great getaway

Really lovely studio apartment-style accommodations in Redstone, Colorado. Perfect for the solo or duo traveler. Apartment was clean upon arrival, check-in was easy and communication with Nicole (host) was efficient, never taking her more than an hour to respond. Loved that this place was right on the Crystal River and had a shared (modern) firepit, picnic table and chairs where you could enjoy the views at any time of day. Would most definitely stay here again!

Great little place. Beautiful with the river in the back and the fire pit and seating… perfect for great evenings! No AC in the units and it was warm the day we checked in. Nicole was super helpful and very quick to respond and make accommodations and get us a couple of fans! It cooled down in the evening so didn’t really need AC.

Redstone and these Villas are amazing

We loved our unit number five on the end upstairs with a view of the Crystal river. Our studio apartment was perfectly furnished to be spacious and modern and yet so comfortable.
