Points nĂ©gatifs : Jardinet pas entretenu, balais et serpilliĂšre entreposĂ©s Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur terrasse sale, nombreuses toiles d'araignĂ©es. AmĂ©nagements interieurs vĂ©tustes , decoration tres ancienne. Flexible et pommeau douche trĂšs vintage et surtout dĂ©faut de securite en haut de l'escalier, nombreuses occasions de se cogner la tĂȘte sur la poutre, plafond trĂšs bas. Idem pour le support en bois du coin tĂ©lĂ©, angle saillant Ă  hauteur des yeux. Points positifs : vaisselle propre, aspirateur et televiseur neufs.

Location bien située qui permet de se rendre au lac à pied Maison vieillotte mais fonctionnelle Agréable l été car nous sommes à l extérieur, à l étroit si on la loue en hiver
