Tolle Lage!

Insgesamt durch die Nähe zum Strand und zur Ortmitte sehr schön. Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die obere Etage ist nur 1,75m hoch, Dh es kann nicht jeder stehen. Die Wohnung war bei der Übernahme nicht sauber.

Équipement de l'appartement défectueux ayant nécessité l'intervention d'un technicien. Chambres sous rampants exiguës...location pour 4 personnes oui..mais 8 : NON . En plus, avec 2 petites plaques de cuisson .... possibilité de cuisiner limitée.

L'intervention d'un technicien s'est avéré nécessaire sur l'équipement de la location (sanitaires, éclairage, velux). Chambres du haut exigües avec les rampants. Nombre de couchages exagérés. Enfin, plaques de cuissons trop petites avec taille des ustensiles de cuisine.

Très bien même si annonce peu précise

Très bonne location même si nous avons été surpris d'être en étage alors que les photos montraient les terrasses du rez de chaussé. Le balcon, très pratique et très agréable a rempli son office. Sinon, tout est très bien.

Ideale Unterkunft für Surfer. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Surfbretter direkt am Haus. Zum Strand führt hei Holzweg über die Düne, ca. 150 Meter. Balkon ca. 10 qm. Man kann mit kleinem Kugelgrill grillen. Küche mit 2 Platten–Herd, kleiner Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Ideal ist der Geschirrspüler. Kleines Bad mit Dusche. Geschirr ist reichlich für 6 Personen vorhanden. Reisetipps: In Lacanau–Ocean gutes Fischrestaurant "Le Coin des Pescheurs". In Carcan–Plage kleiner Supermarkt mít Frischeabteilung, ab 7.30Uhr Frühstücksbaquett. Einige Restaurants in üblicher Preislage, Menü ab 15€.Nächste Tankstelle in Maubuisson. Entfernung nach Lacanau–Ocean ca. 9km mit großem Supermarkt (Super–U). In Nordöstlicher Region des Medoc einige Weingüter mit Bordeaux–Weinen, Fahrzeit ca. 30 – 45 Min.

Appartement très propre, mobilier en bonne état, équipement fonctionnel. Conseils de voyage: Région très agréable grâce à ses embrums marins permanents qui vous rafraichissent. Vagues de qualités, plage de qualité. Endroit touristique mais pas trop ce qui permet d'avoir en même temps de la tranquillité mais aussi de l'activité. Restaurants très sympathiques

Lage super, direkt hinter Duene. Lebendiges Zentrum ist nur 200m entfernt.Fewo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gutes Preis–Leistungsverhältnis. Reisetipps: Am Bassin d'Arcachon kann man Meeresfrüchte essen, die Duene de Pilat ist klasse. Bordeaux sehr schöne Stadt. Man kann durch die weiten Pinienwälder schöne Radtouren machen. Wenn man mit Kleinki
