This small terraced house is located in a pleasant holiday village, in the immediate vicinity of the lake, in a calm and verdant environment. It constitutes an ideal pied-à-terre for holidays as a couple or with family, just minutes from water activities and cycle paths. The lake is only 200 metres away, shops are about 500 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is accessible 5 km away. A private parking space is available.



The house is organised around a functional and friendly living room, fitted with a table and chairs, a sofa, a television and a sideboard. This living space allows one to come together pleasantly after a day spent at the lake or on the beach.



The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, two electric hobs, a microwave, a mini-oven, a washing machine, storage cupboards as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for a completely independent stay.



The night space includes a cabin with two single bunk beds of 90 cm and a chest of drawers, ideal for children, as well as a mezzanine bedroom with an open layout equipped with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe.



The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.



Outside, the terrace located in front of the living room, fitted with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy meals in the open air and the peaceful atmosphere of the village.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
