A notre arrivée l’accueil nous attribue une chambre, mais une fois sur place nous constatons que le ménage n’a pas été fait, la chambre n’est pas prête. Donc retour a l’accueil... On nous attribue une autre chambre qui est effectivement prête, mais le wifi ne fonctionne pas, donc second retour a l’accueil pour régler le problème. Toit ça n’est pas vraiment professionnel

Brief One Night Stop.

Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!
