Opening July 2026 — Relaxing in luxury quiet surroundings in a residential part of Carcassonne overlooking the Golf de Carcassonne and the Pyrenees. Our newly constructed villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a heated pool, AC and outside terrace awaits your presence and your are only 4 km from Carcassonne and it’s famous Castle ‘La Cité”
The new large open kitchen has a working aperitif cooking, table with built-in wine fridge and power plugs. The kitchen is fully equipped with for the Masterchef, including air-fryer, mixers, baking equipment, oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, smaller kitchen appliances. Chef will be very happy !!
Carcassonne and surroundings have a variety of activities and things to do for young and old. Take your bicycles for tours along the Canal du Midi. The beach is only 45 minutes by car. Toulouse is 1 hour by car for great shopping.

please clean up our garden when the cats or dogs have done their “business” in our garden.
Please think about our neighbours after 20.00. They both work nd have small children.
