Stunningly renovated characterful 400 yr old farmhouse dairy in the village of Carlipa, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house is for your sole use and is in the centre of the quiet village. Private parking on-site. Only a short 25 minute drive to Carcassonne and the breathtaking lakes of St Feriol. Wi-Fi available, free of charge.
Four large double bedrooms, one en-suite, another with free-standing roll-top bath. Main large bathroom with free-standing bath, shower and toilet. Large well equipped fitted kitchen with 8-seater dining table, wood stove, Belfast sink, Smeg appliances; dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 6 hob cooker/oven. Reception room with plasma SKY TV (including all UK channels), DVD and IPod docking station. Laundry room includes Belfast sink, washing machine and toilet. Central heating throughout and underfloor heating on the ground floor. Games and boules set. Exterior - large courtyard with secured gates, a gazebo, sofa, chairs and dining table, together with a further chill-out seating and play area, BBQ and private 6 m x 4 m swimming pool. Swimming Pool: We installed a brand new private swimming pool in June 2010 - it is oval and measures 6 metres x 4 metres.

Wooden Decking: We installed a decking area, which has created a fabulous external dining, sunbathing and relaxation area.
