About 600m from the splendid Museddu beach,  \"I Geranei\" house consists of a small kitchen, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The property includes a large veranda and a large garden which extends on three sides of the house It is about 3 km from Cardedu village. The house can accommodate six people

Super for family with children

Quiet accommodation near the beach. Beautiful, smooth road to the sea - my sons used scooters or in-line skating for their journey. It was few people on the beach. The beach is windy. But my family loves waves. Sea suitable for adrenaline sports. Alessandro was amazing and ready to assist at any time.

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderschöne, unvergessliche Tage in diesem einfachen aber schönen Ferienhaus. Es liegt direkt an der Strasse, uns hat der Verkehr nicht gestört. Zum Meer sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten, der Strand ist ein Sandstrand der zu unserem Zeitpunkt kaum besucht wurde. Sehr schön !!!Das Team von All4Sardine war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte zu jedem Zeitpunkt kontaktiert werden. Zudem gaben sie wertvolle Tipps, ein sehr grosses Lob.Das Haus verfĂŒgt noch ĂŒber eine Waschmaschine und eine SpĂŒlmaschine; positive Überraschung !FĂŒr uns lag das Haus sehr gelegen, wir konnten in den Bergen wandern sowie auch umliegende schöne StrĂ€nde besuchen. Immer wieder wĂŒrden wir diese Unterkunft mieten.Die Kinder waren sehr begeistert von der Aussendusche sowie das es tĂ€glich frische Zitronenlimonade gab.

Superbes vacances

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs propre. Grande terrasse Ă  l'ombre oĂč on prend ses repas. La literie est trĂšs bonne. Situation au calme malgrĂ© la route. Moustiquaires Ă  toutes les fenĂȘtres, ce qui permet de faire des courants d’air. A 800m d'une belle plage accessible Ă  pied par une piste protĂ©gĂ©es des voitures. Seul petit dĂ©faut de la plage, l’accĂšs Ă  la mer est vite profond, ce qui n'est pas facile pour les petits enfants. Mais Ă  10mn en voiture, il y a une plage "en pente douce". L'accueil des hĂŽtesses de l'agence qui gĂšre la maison est excellent et elles sont trĂšs rĂ©actives Ă  toute question et de trĂšs bons conseils. Excellentes vacances sur une trĂšs belle Ăźle.

superbes vacances

La maison est un vrai paradis (Ă  part le bruit des voitures, mais nous on s’y est fait rapidement): la cuisine flambante neuve (avec lave-vaisselle), la machine Ă  laver, la douche extĂ©rieure, les transats, le bbq et les figuiers sont un vrai plus. Marco, Melisa et Alessandro sont adorables et super disponibles! Encore un enorme GRAZIE PER TUTTO

TrĂšs belle location, je recommande, propre agrĂ©able, belle terasse ombragĂ©e. La seule chose que je pourrai reprocher, c'est qu'il manque un micro ondes et cafetiĂšre, cafetiĂšre italienne trop petite, nous navons pas pu nous faire notre cafĂ© du matin donc solution NescafĂ©. Mais c'est un dĂ©tail...qui toutefois pourrait ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciable.

Urlaub in der Natur

Einfaches, altes Haus mit schöner Terrasse, MĂŒckenschutz in den Fenstern und Aussendusche. Mit Mietwagen gut gelegen. Leider relativ stark von Ameisen besucht, wenn man im Haus keine Lebensmittel oder KrĂŒmel liegen lĂ€sst, geht es. Nette Betreuung und schnelle Hilfe bei technischen Problemen. Wer nicht zu viel erwartet, kann dort gut entspannen.

FerienhÀuschen mit Obstgarten

+ Garten mit Feigen, Bananen, Zitronen,... (ohne anwesende Nachbarn) + sauber + schöne StrĂ€nde + radelbares Hinterland (MB, RR) - befahrene Straße (stört aber nicht sehr) - instabiles Stromnetz (Wasser hĂ€ngt am Strom!)-> tĂ€glich mind. 1x Sicherung geflogen

Einfach Klasse

Das HĂ€uschen ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde sofort ausgefĂŒhrt. Die Betreuung von Marco und Allessandro ist einfach klasse. Selbst Restaurantbuchungen wurden fĂŒr uns erledigt. FĂŒr jeden der keinen Schnick-Schnack braucht ist das der perfekte Ort zu runterkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :- )

Ordentliches Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich

ZweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtetes FH mit grossem Aussenbereich( Terrasse, Liegen, Grill Aussendusche, WaschkĂŒche),welches durch die mediterranen Pflanzen ( Orange,-ZitronenbĂ€ume,FeigenbĂ€ume, Palmen)ein Urlaubsflair verströmte...Schöne Unterkunft!

Haus in Cardedu

Die Betreuung vor Ort war gut. Das Haus ist schön, die Außendusche toll. Allerdings liegt das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, so dass tagsĂŒber und auch nachts viel AutolĂ€rm zu hören ist. Zu Fuß ist man in fĂŒnfzehn Minuten am Strand und der ist traumhaft. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, sollten aber nach unserer Anmerkung ausgetauscht werden.

Ferienhaus in Cardedu

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sauberen ordentlichen Zustand gewesen. Zum feinen Sandstrand sind es ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß. In der KĂŒche ist soweit alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter Alessandro war immer erreichbar. Nochmal vielen Dank fĂŒr seine Hilfe bei der Ankunft. Das Haus ist fĂŒr 2 Personen optimal. FĂŒr 6 Personen ist das Bad etwas zu klein. Die Aussenanlage ist schön angelegt. FĂŒr den der keinen Luxus braucht ist die Anlage zu empfehlen. September 2020 Olaf

Gutes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis

Das Haus liegt ca 5 Min fußlĂ€ufig zum Stand, von dem morgens der Sonnenaufgang im Meer beobachtet werden kann. Wir waren zu Zweit und hatten eine angenehme Zeit. Neben einem Doppelbett sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten verfĂŒgbar. FĂŒr 6 Personen wĂ€re das Badezimmer und die KĂŒche meiner Meinung nach etwas beengt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Schönes Badezimmer. Die Fenster haben einen Moskitoschutz. Ein Mietauto ist in jedem Fall sinnvoll, nicht nur zum Einkaufen, sondern auch um die sehr schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Wir waren in der ersten Oktoberwoche hier. Einige Strandbars sind zu dieser Zeit schon geschlossen.

Toller Sardinien Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus lag etwas abseits vom Verkehr. Von Cagliari etwa 2 Stunden fahrt. Das Ferienhaus lag etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Strand 🏖. Wir sind aber immer zu einem anderen Strand gefahren, hinter Perd'e Pera, Cala Francese. Von dort wo wir das Auto abgestellt haben, waren es dann noch 1,2 km zu Fuß. Puderzucker Sand, glasklares Wasser, geeignet zum Schnorcheln. Die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses entsprach dem, was man vor Ort vorfand. Wir haben uns Feigen und Zitronen 🍋, von den BĂ€umen auf dem GrundstĂŒck gepflĂŒckt. Der Betreuer vor Ort, war immer erreichbar und kam bei Problemen sofort. Er spricht englisch und italienisch. Ohne Auto 🚘 geht aber nichts. Sardinien ist eine sehr schöne Insel, mit vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, den FeenhĂ€usern, der Aufstieg beginnt gleich bei Perd'e Pera, Gola su Goroppu - der tiefsten Schlucht Europas, mit 700 Höhenmeter Unterschied, Tarras - ein Ausgrabungsort und vieles mehr. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub. Einziger Mangel, jedenfalls fĂŒr uns, das fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine und das es fĂŒr abends nur italienisches Fernsehen gab. Trotzdem toller Urlaub.

TrÚs bon séjour !

La villa, conformément à ce que précise l'annonce, est située à proximité de la belle plage de sable de Cardedu (env. 600 m), le long d'une route un peu passante pendant la journée, mais trÚs calme le soir et la nuit. La terrasse, orientée à l'est, est trÚs agréable, et la douche extérieure, à l'ombre d'un bananier, est un régal au retour de la mer. L'équipement est sommaire, mais suffisant pour l'été (on apprécie la climatisation, efficace et discrÚte). Un peu plus de vaisselle (bols, verres), et un four seraient les bienvenus (mais il y a un barbecue dans le jardin). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour !
