As you enter through the front door, stepping into the hall you soon start to appreciate the detail and design of this home. The hall is a spacious atrium where light floods through the ground to second-floor windows and creates a super summer room/conservatory area where you can relax with a book overlooking the garden. As well as a convenient WC and large coat and boot storage, the ground floor has lots of social spaces for you and your guests to enjoy. A games room, fitted with a multi-games table, means that the children will be happily occupied, while the adults, retreat to the living room adorned with a beautiful electric log-effect fire, fireplace. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, designed to encourage seamless socializing and relaxation. Sit at the breakfast bar and chat with the chef of the group, who will be in their element whipping up some tasty treats for everyone in this stylish and well-equipped kitchen featuring contemporary appliances such as a wine cooler, air fryer and ‘Nespresso’ coffee machine. The large dining table allows the whole group to enjoy meal times together as well as providing a superb space for cheerful festivities. There is an additional lounge space with a Smart TV, the perfect spot to relax after dinner. Head to the 10-metre indoor swimming pool which also has a pool shower room and WC next to it. If swimming isn’t your thing, stay dry on the poolside relaxing in the chairs or work up a sweat on the rowing machine. The first floor is home to three beautiful and spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite shower and WC facilities. Choose to enjoy a restful night's sleep in either the super-king-size colonial-style bedroom, a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) or a large bedroom with two double beds inside. Finally, head upstairs to the second floor to be greeted by an impressive king-size bedroom which offers great views of Roath Lake and the garden from the private balcony.
