Not in the best of areas of the town No curtains only blinds and spotlights lit the room all night from car park Noisy Road at front and I was woken around 3am until gone 4am by people talking loudly Not one I would return too although staff were really good as was breakfast just a shame about the issues and location

Good value hotel

Nice clean and comfortable place, good breakfast too. All staff i met were friendly and helpful. The only issue i had was the external noise, it is on a very busy road and some windows didn't quite close fully. However I would definitely stay again.

A great trip, it was handy to Walk into Newport to catch the tea onto Cardiff for a concert. You can see a major reverb has been done on the property. Lovely and quiet.

Everything was good. Except for the fact that there were only blinds and no curtains on the windows. So when the sun can game up we were up also. Good breakfast and a nice pub right down the street. I would stay again but would ask for a room with curtains

A lot of money has been spent on the hotel so you can safely ignore older reviews about the poor state of the property and furnishings.However the unfinished electrics are a bit concerning and the hotel signage needs improving - very easy to miss it.
