This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby. There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city.

Staff were nice and the room was spacious, sparse and warm. They should put all the stag and hen parties in certain wings though away from normal city visitors.We were kept awake till 3 in the morning! You can park in the roads around the hotel and we chanced not paying as no other cars had parking permits. So basically this hotel was great value for money not the cleanest and room allocation needs work!.

Good value for money. Only issues for us were that i think the washers in the sink taps need replacing. We liked having an actual key for the room - far better than a card. Clean and Tidy. Opening windows which was a god send compared to our previous nights stay at the Angel !. To have a working tv was nice. And the room was a lovely temperature. Was absolutely ideally located for the Tramshed and we had a great evening. We will be back.

pictures showed a totally different room carpet was different layout of the room was different it looked clean, my carpet was grotty looked like multiple stains bathroom smelled as well as the main room, he wall in the shower was pealing and the window sill in the bathroom was dirty. Check in staff were welcoming, the bed linen was clean and fresh , as for the quality of the room below avaravge ,I dont think you could have supplied a cheaper more uncomfortable mattress if you tried. Based on all the the above and more i won't be returning.

Awful location. Room was absolutely a disgrace where we had to get a full refund which took us being passed from person person as contact number for complaints was not the right number. The heat in the room caused us no sleep all night and headaches in the morning. The shower was stuck on boiling hot so unable to shower. I don’t not suggest booking this accommodation.
