Open plan living room/dining area:
Gorgeous open plan area, with amazing features and quirky furniture with access to the balcony. This is the ideal place to relax in after a day out exploring Cardiff and where you can all enjoy a delicious meal together. Bring two more guests and make use of the pull out sofa bed that is a double.

Kitchen:
Super modern kitchen with lots of space to prepare an amazing meal as it’s fully equipped.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a king size bed to relax in with plenty of space and joins onto the balcony

Bathroom:
The bathroom has shower over the bath which is beautifully decorated.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

Other things to note
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
