The apartment is located within a short walking distance of the rail way station, Millennium (Principality) Stadium, Cardiff Castle and Motorpoint Arena. There is an array of excellent restaurants and shopping facilities close by.

The apartment has a clean, light and has homey feel to it. Views from the two Juliet balconies and the abundant light give the place a very spacious and comfortable feel. The flat has a very warm atmosphere and with the balcony doors open you can hear and watch the hustle and bustle of the thriving city below you. The apartment is comfortably kitted out, features a 47” Samsung Smart TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi throughout so you can stay connected to loved ones or work if you are straying away on business. The apartment features electric under floor heating in the lounge/kitchen areas, electric heater in the bedroom, modern bathroom with shower/bath and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also have access to the communal roof top garden where you can relax in peace away from the excitement of the high street.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole apartment which is located on the fourth floor of the Hayes, which is accessed via a lift from the high street (entrance is located between the Radley and Reiss shops) or by level 3 of the St David’s car park (by Tree Tops Mini Golf).

Luxury linens and towels, as well premium toiletries, are provided to ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay.

Our standard check in time is after 4pm. Check out is before 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
