Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
PRIS EN OTAGE J’ai réservé avec Hôtels.com et j’ai payé mes nuits en avance. A mon arrivée, l’hôtel m’a obligé de repayer la chambre parce que, selon la réceptionniste, ma chambre n’a pas été payée. Je trouve cette méthode lamentable et totalement inadmissible. D’autant plus que l’autre solution proposée par la réceptionniste était d’annuler ma réservation!!!
