Avoid

We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV connection. The fittings were very poor and a very dirty place. On the whole it was not really fit for purpose. The bedding and towels were clean, which made it possible to stay as we were out all day for the rugby.
